Most of what you read about Mike Miksch on this site is true. Do not trust him or do business with him and definitely DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY. He may try to swindle you through his fake company Dynamic Direct Funding. It's completely worthless. I know because I was foolish enough to give him $15k. I currently have a civil judgment against him in the amount of $27k plus interest on four civil counts including breach of contract and fraud. If any of this were untrue I wouldn't write it for fear of being sued for libel, but Mike knows it's all true. He basically survives by scamming people. He is the quintissential grifter. I know of at least five other people he has scammed. You can also go onto sunbiz.org and type in his name or Dynamic Direct Funding and find out how many civil judgments are outstanding against him.
