This individual contacted me via phone 4 years ago and started a relationship with me. He took monies from me for events he was suppose to pay me back for and also using the sob story of how he was a single parent having a hard time making it on his own. I have documents of a signed letter that he is to pay me back the monies he obtained from me but he has not.

I am not the only one he has ripped off business wise. Not to mention the countless single woman he has contacted into believing he is a single parent to gain their trust and obtain monies from them. Promising to move to their state only to find out he is married and I think his wife is in on it as well.

He has various accounts only to list he is single and looking. Only to get woman to talk to him and gain their trust and then aquire monies from them. Only not to pay it back as promised.
