It's sad, isn't it?  Some nameless person can go on the Internet and completely defame your person & your reputation with a fabricated story. We've taken great care in our practice to treat clients well and over the years have received many sincere thanks and happy referrals for the work delivered and the sincerity and effectiveness of the help given. I personally am at work every day and often answer the phone myself, making every effort to treat people with respect and to take care of their needs. It's really Sad that someone would be so slimey and intentionally hurtful as to make such spurious claims on a public internet site, with only a desire to try and hurt someone else.  I did have to chuckle though about the (false) claim somebody showed up shouting at me. In 25 years of practice and many presentations, that's never happened. I sincerely believe they have me confused with one of the real estate 'gurus' out there for whom that did happen.  I'll bet $100 the person who wrote this hurtful report won't even have the moral courage to call me with their real (not fake) name and discuss it.
