I will not go into details. All I am saying is that this is a credible source of information when looking to purchase a home. DO NOT use this company. Their title explains exactly what they do.
They sell real estate and than in a matter of years, they are auctioning it off. Michael Harkins makes threatining, and pressuring phone calls to his clients. I do not recommend this company to anyone and am only posting this because I won't allow any other family to go through what we have endored.
