Omaha Man Sentenced in Methamphetamine Distribution Conspiracy United States Attorney Jan Sharp announced that Michael Allison, 52, was sentenced on May 26, 2022, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Senior United States District Judge Joseph F. Bataillon sentenced Allison to 168 months’ imprisonment. There is no parole in the federal system. After his release from prison, he will begin a 5-year term of supervised release.
