The fraud committed by Mike Glaspie was to dangle a sum of money that was GUARANTEED commission to be paid in my paypal account April 2, 2010 if I pay him
$20. 

The program name was EZ2CashNow in which Glaspie, in writing, states "You Have $475
GUARANTEED commission now!"  His conditions are order now or before Midnight of
Tuesday March 23,2010 at 11:59:59pm PST.  If this is done You Get-Paid direct to your paypal this coming Friday April 2 2010.

I used my VISA card, which my wife and I have had for 35 years. I sent an email to the
criminal on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 12:21:02 PM EST  15 hours before the
deadline.  I reiterated my paypal account ID.

I called the bank credit card department and they indicated that the transaction was
processed immediately to his account.  I indicated in my email to Glaspie that I can
get proof of the transaction to him immediately by having CitiBank email proof of
