I purchased a policy online and was told I had two tickets...I did not. So State Farm doubled my premiums and continued to harrass me about the money they said I owed. The owner of the agency it was assigned to (I bought it online so I don't know how I got this guy) when confronted simply lost it and almost became violent. Guidry Dale, State farm, Humble TX.
Dale did however give me the name of the "Agency Admistrative Leader" Michael Sturhan. He added "he didn't know any corpoarate names"...a complete lie.
I contacted Mr. Sturhan and he simply laughed at my story, my request, my accusation (Which turned out to be the truth that I had one ticket) and every and all details about my issues. The guy could not have been ruder, more obnixious, louder, and then hung up on me.
Then I get a letter from him stating they found out that I did in fact have just one ticket (Something every other insurance company in the nation knows immediately) and they would be refunding me simply part of my premium back. However, they were going to show a "lapse in coverage" which is and was an absoluate "no" for me.
Next, State Farm would take the monies they thought they I owed, not reimburse me for my tremndous amount of time and expense to settle this and quickly, too buy another policy, which by the way cost way more because I had to do it in a few hours. And it was all due to their mistake.
Yes, they did try and blame me and say that I input the information online incorrectly...of course!! However, again any other insurance company I spoke with saw the one ticket instatntly. Something it took State Farm almost two months to do and nearly doubled my permiums They then took the money and I still don't have it back. Over $306.00.
I will be posting more video and recordings as we move through this mess.
Do not trust Guidry Dale Agency, State Farm and do not listen to or trust his close friend Michael Sturhan. Their both crooks.
