March 2007 I hired Michael Johnson to create my website and marketing pieces for a new day spa I was opening. I paid Michael in full for all the work that he did only to find out that not only was he not the designer and developer of the work but that he did not pay the TRUE Designers that were working behind the scenes to create and develop these jobs.

Additionally, Michael Johnson used photographs on my website and marketing menus that did not belong to him and represented that they were his images.

As a result, I have (((REDACTED))) Photo pursuing me for invoice in excess of $2500 and threatenig copyright infringement when in fact it was Michael who provided the photos and again stated that the images belonged to Michael W Johnson and Associates.

I filed small claims legal action against Michael Johnson in New Jersey where a hearing was scheduled and Michael failed to appear. A judgement was entered on my behalf 11/17/2008 and Michael continues to RUN from the law and pay the judgement against him so that Getz Photo can be paid.

If any one has bank information, tax id or any other information that will assist New Jersey Courts to collect this judgement , I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
