We are still waiting for Donna to come and get her refund check. If you were so unhappy with your wedding photos wouldn't the refund of all of your money help a little bit? It's the least we can do.

We are still trying to figure out the March wedding? Nothing on our calendar. If we knew who you were we would contact you immediately and get you that check. 

I have worked with both Ed and Cheryl of Michaelangelo's Photography and I can say that, without a doubt, these unsubstantiated allegations are just that . . . This studio is one of the premiere studios in the Cleveland area and their work and professionalism boasts a 25 year record.  Without it they would not still be in business.   Their photography is some of the best in the area and their integrity is of the highest degree.  They DO NOT produce and WOULD NOT allow"out-of-focus" images or "condescending behavior" toward clients.  As an employee, we are trained to produce the highest quality images imaginable and to serve our clients with the utmost respect. 

I believe this is an unfortunate attempt to slander two respected professionals in the photographic community.  Please visit their website . . . what you see is definitely what you get! 

And please be aware . . . Michaelangelo's Photography DID NOT photograph ANY weddings in March of 2011!!!

First of all March of 2011 Michaelangelos did not shoot ONE wedding. (Not a popular wedding month) It amazes us that this website will post these accusations without any bit of proof. Donna needs to come forward, show these actual "out of focus" images, and proof they were taken by us.

This is a nice way for competitors to bash a 25 year old studio with a perfect reputation.

When researching how to file a rebuttal and learning that it will cost us 2000. to litigate this through Ripoff report, makes me wonder who is the Rip off??? False accusations, slandering our business, seriously people...find a better way to build your business.

So Donna, please come forward because we have no idea who you are and what wedding you are talking about in March of this year. Oh, also 2500. package? I do not see one in our price list. Are you sure you have the right studio?
 

I just remembered I was supposed to get a burned CD of all the pictures (the rubbish) he took. I never got that either!
