We are applying to have considered information pertaining to the Volvo S40, and are looking for a Commercial Fraud / Lemon Law attorney within the jurisdiction of Monmouth County. "Michael Graubart sold us a 2008 Volvo S40 in October 15. Although he remarked to the Attorney General when Voluntarily surrendering the car and allowing Chase Auto to take reposses for being a lemon. Michael G wrote the Attorney General of Monmouth County "that I could not afford to make my payments" [ mind you with her possessing two jobs ] ,half way paid through my $10k finance agreement. The car upon purchase was very quiet, ran smooth and Alex Fernandez, now moved from the company and departed in Employment, had been wooing me for 2 years with calls but I previously had used my 401k to buy a Saturn s1 3 door sports car, and a Pontiac Sunfire through Private Dealers/ Owners. Michaels Motors Volvo car was in one minor accident as a SUV ran into VOLVO rear back bumper as we both backed out of Neptune NJ HWY 35 @33 Taco Bell. Light damage on impact to bumper and rear door, which DOES NOT, explain having to replace both front wheel bearings within one year of purchase of vehicle.

AAA denoted over $1500 dollars worth of work needed to be done on the vehicle, and this was after putting in a new VOLVO BATTERY from Auto Body Concepts Asbury Park. As well, the engine had a high pitch hum emmanating from the front of the vehicle within the first 5 months of purchase. I attempted to bring to Michaels Motors for repair as the pink carbon on the window said PARTIAL WARRANTY. I was rudely turned away and asked to move and did not know if the car was going to die for the high pitch hum and having to call AAA for 4 tows and 2 battery jumps. The finance agreement stated as is, but that I assumed was with the partial repairs warranty slip on the vehicle window. Michael G. stated to the BBB that I was falsifying information and continued to defamate my person to that professional establishment. I spent $40 supplying his derogatory insulting emails to BBB along with a photo copy of the PINK WARRANTY CARBON with the VIN number legibly printed on the copy. Since this occurred, I had spoken to CHRIS, and asked that we trade it in, and he replied they no longer work with CHASE AUTO FINANCE. I have all my SEARS AUTO receipts, under my Sears Mastercard, which Michael G., said is not a viable repairs shop, QUOTE UNQUOTE, of all maintenance including required oil changes, wheel alignment, and varied maintenance.

WE now just recently put four new tires on the car and had a second maintenance oil change. Also next front Axle A $600 repair beyond the $700 on wheel bearings. Good thing I'm broke Michael. A day after, the Passenger Air Bag light comes on stating URGENT immediate maintenance. Furthermore two days after signing on 2018 kia, car again dies..which makes 6th battery failure or its permanently dead, idk because triple a says I've gone over maximum contract service and tows. Tire malfunctioned and we learned in him inspecting the vehicle that there is severely something wrong with the passenger rear auto rims, that has nothing to do with tire, and had been unobserved previously. As well the very next day, "as a poor person that cant afford her car", I placed my daughter in a 2018 KIA.

This makes additional Staples Office charge for scan, upon initial Staples fax to BBB $40+ for 50 page fax long distance to Trenton, and again, Michael Grubart, lies to professional agencies {degredation of character}, stating "I make up things" and "falsified documentation"... namely the warranty and also mis-assumption that storage was for neglecting my car, when Shore Auto, attempted to trade my car and gave storage @ $40/daily instead of $80/daily because he felt bad it died yet again, but on his lot. Also, both engaged professional parties, Michael's foul mouth is inexcusable and not one of a 20 year professional, he feels comfortable distorting the truth and addressing me by my first government name like a teenager, when I am a 43 year old adult.

Not exactly the Grand Prix. Thats 37 miles a day. Michael offered a consult yesturday @ 12noon, however it would be my fourth tow for repair, with no guarantee of any comparable discount of hour mechanic hire to what I'm expecting will run costly with Volvo Parts. I have the receipts from TripleA and Jim's Tow for that as well, if I may, I can fax or certify mail the documentation. I cant afford the tow right now, I have to pay $254 to chase auto from the 15th of every month I just received a new Volvo battery and paid Auto Body Concepts Asbury Ave to install it last month. It makes audible noise running. The car just died today and wont start. I'm paying $9k for a $3k value car for what, Michael. Chris offered an eval for $100 but I just paid Sears to eval it. I brought to Auto Body Concepts Asbury Park and Sears Auto Ocean. The car makes audible noise when it runs in any gear. It is automatic. The transmission and alternator and cosensors came back fine. The battery has been changed to a new Volvo Dealer battery.
