SCAMMERS! DO NOT HOST! -WORST GUESTS I HAVE EVER HAD!! ANNE & MICHEL will threaten you and resort to extortion if you do not give in. After complaining about a minor cleaning issue at check-in, I agreed to refund the guests $300. Michel & Anne then stayed in my house for an entire month, and near the end of their (nearly perfect) stay, demanded I give them another $500. When I gently reminded them that they had already received $300 back for a minor issue and that I hoped their review would reflect how hard I had worked to make their stay perfect, they stopped answering their phones and sent me a demand for $2000 an hour later! When I did not give in to their demands, they promptly wrote the worst review they could. (I am a Superhost and have had nothing but positive reviews from all other Guests I have hosted). DO NOT HOST THESE PEOPLE!! PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE HURTING THE AIRBNB COMMUNITY!

Après m'être plainte d'un problème de nettoyage mineur lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai accepté de rembourser les invités à 300 $. Michel et Anne sont ensuite restés chez moi pendant un mois et, vers la fin de leur séjour (presque parfait), m'ont demandé de leur donner 500 dollars supplémentaires. Quand je leur ai gentiment rappelé qu'ils avaient déjà reçu 300 USD en retour pour un problème mineur et que j'espérais que leur commentaire refléterait tout le travail que j'avais fait pour rendre leur séjour parfait, ils ont cessé de répondre à leur téléphone et m'ont envoyé une demande de 2000 USD une heure plus tard. ! Quand je n'ai pas cédé à leurs demandes, ils ont rapidement rédigé la pire critique possible. (Je suis un Superhost et je n'ai eu que des critiques positives de tous les autres clients que j'ai hébergés). N'HÔTEZ PAS CES PERSONNES !! VEUILLEZ NE PAS PERMETTRE A CES PERSONNES DE CONTINUER DE BLESSER LA COMMUNAUTE AIRBNB!
