Michel Mederos dba Mederos Construction Tile & Marble Corp was hired to install floor tile in my house. Mederos was paid a deposit of $2,700 for the work. Mederos only showed up for 2 days of work to remove old floor tile in order to install new replacement tile. Mederos destroyed my floors and left all the tons of destroyed floor tiles in black garbage bags in my living room and never returned to complete the job of installing new floor tile that he was paid in advanced to do. I called left messages and Mederos has never returned any of my calls. Mederos provided a false address on his made up Office Max invoice. A check of the State of Florida Corporate registration records show Mederos Construction Tile & Marble Corp has been closed and inactive. So Mederos is operating a scam using this company name Mederos Construction Tile & Marble Corp and not paying taxes for the money he is defrauding and stealing from people with his scam. Part of Mederos scam is to use local tile stores to recommend his installation services so he appears like a legitimate licensed contractor. Mederos defrauded me for $1,400 by stealing the deposit I gave him for the job. Don't hire Michel Mederos or his inactive unlicensed companies F & M TILES INC, LAS CUBANITAS CAFE, INC., MEDEROS CONSTRUCTION TILE & MARBLE CORP. Beware Mederos just incorporated WHITE BIRD DELIVERIES, CORP don't trust this guy with your property or money.
