Michel Mercier Deceptive Advertising; poor customer service; brush not useful Internet

My experience was almost exactly like the one I just read here on Ripoff Report regarding Michel Mercier's online payment system for ordering the brushes; it was advertised that when you ordered one you get one "free" ; as you begin ordering it is apparent the other one isn't free; but it costs almost 6 dollars. When it came time to reviewing the order (as you would expect to be able to do) there was no review; in the end I was told that I ordered 4 brushes for over 50 dollars. I called to let them know this was a mistake when the customer service representative let me know I had to wait for the order to be in the system. Unfortunately, I had forgotten about needing to call, all 4 brushes came; decided I would try one on my daughters hair and it failed miserably. The product does not work; it was way too expensive; and the website is very misleading in terms of ordering the product. All in all- not satisified.
