Michele Schmidt, formerly Michele Nagy is a convicted felon in Kankakee County (case #2011 CF 000081) and is currently under investigation by the State of Illinois for welfare fraud. She stole the social security numbers of friends and neighbors and then used them to file for food stamp benefits.
DO NOT let her into your home or give her personal information. SHE WILL use it to obtain credit cards. loans and welfare in your name.
She is currently squatting in a house in Bonfield that she has not paid the mortgage on in three years. The house is in foreclosure through State Bank of Herscher (case 2013 CH 000022). Michele is ILLEGALLY stripping out cabinets, furnace, AC and other permanent fixtures and trying to sell them through facebook. State Bank of Herscher and her probation officer have been notified.
She recently married Trenton Schmidt who was arrested in January 2012 and filed bankruptcy in March 2012.
Michele Schmidt is a convicted felon. She is a sociopath and will lie every step of the way even when there is documented evidence against her. BEWARE!
She is moving to Danforth soon. Residents of Danforth BEWARE of this criminal!
You can't run from your past Michele. Stop lying and trying to pretend you are a law abiding citizen. The court records are there and prove otherwise.
