michelesmith1964 EBAY SELLER scammed on ebay and restricted from feedback, Internet

I am new to ebay. I purchased a tea set that was advertised by MICHELLESMITH1964 as "beautiful" in "Excellent" condition and kept in a china cabinet. I paid for the set. It was mailed to me. It took 2 weeks to get it. When it came it was in a dirty box that reeked of cat urine and tobacco. When I examined the pieces they were all from different lots (not mentioned by the seller). The tea pot was missing silver from both sides, it was rusted in the inside very badly, the hinge on the top lid had been sodered with a dark, rubbery, smelly glue which was falling apart.

The tray had dents in it. It looked like this set was taken from a junk yard. This seller included a card asking for positive feedback only. I contaced the seller, ebay and PayPal. I submitted complaints. I was supposed to try and work it out with the seller. She insisted on positive feedback on the paperwork that she sent with the package. I told her I mailed back the package and I would give her positive or no feedback if she returned my money. She played and toyed with me then told me that she would not give me back the money that night and I should go ahead and leave feedback.

I left negative feedback. The next morning the seller had ebay remove my feedback and I am not allowed to warn others about my experience. I was a novice, the seller goaded me into using feedback as a leverage. I felt powerless. I now feel that I should warn others about this seller. She has some negative comments of the same type but how many has she blocked? How many others will she scam? If I can not leave feedback on ebay I must leave it somewhere. Thanks for this site. I hope someone reads it and it stops them from being ripped off by MICHELESMITH1964 on EBAY.
