Mike gave some great advice. I too have been shafted by this maniac. She missed her calling as a soap opera actress.

If the 5.0 try to shaft you, deny writing this entire post. This is not enough evidence to send you Upstate. You would have to admit to it for Michelle's new scam to work in her favor.

If it ends up in court and you beat the last charge, you can win this one also. Search this site, and look for people that are pretending to be someone else (like a company spokesman that is pretending to be someone else, in order to defend said company - or just some nut that is out to prank and slander people, under a different name). You can just say it must have been either Michelle writing this so she could sue you and get even, or it was just some friend of hers, etc.

The cops will lie and try to prentend they are on your side. That is how I was tricked by Michelle. I wish I had Mike's advice then. Now I am paying child support for someone elses mistake. She also set me up on a Misd. charge. Do not trust the Greece court system. Michelle is in their 'click'.

I'm sure by now this drama queen wack job has rubbed onion juice in her eyes, and called the same cops that tried to crucify you, with another Academy Award winning 'boo h*o' performance.

Having dealt with this succubus previously (and I will not get into the details, because I do not trust the Greece cops after my dealings with the both of them), it is better to let her go off on a rant, hope that she takes her meds, and decides to run her get rich game on someone else.

If the Greece cops call you, don't answer the phone. Make them file some real charges, so you have real rights. I found that out the hard way. They can call you and testify that you admitted to everything under the sun over the phone, and who will believe your word over a cop? I am giving you this advice because I walked into her trap, and paid the price. I hope this helps you. No one deserves to be caught up in this succubuses games.

Why don't you tell the facts as it happened in this case? You hit the woman, appeared in court- against the state of New York not against the woman you hit, you were never sued by her. Now you are trying to slander her good name as you have done in many other rip off reports. Lets also not forget that the witness was none other than a good sameritan and the little girl did have her seatbelt on. Most importantly the woman did have auto insurance and luckily no one was injured!

Her baby is fine. She was born OCT '05. The issue is that she will go to any length to dupe any person into feeling sorry for her with her "feel sorry for me" and "I'm so unfortunate" stories for those willing to listen to her. Her expectation is that you will actually beleive her lies and you will show her sympathy by sticking up for her and to help her slander whomever it is she wants to blame for wronging her in her mind.

If you read the article; I never touched that con artists SUV!! It was a set up! I won the case because the paint that was on her SUV did not match the paint on my mothers cars from a previous accident that took place when my aunt (who gave the car to my mom) ownend the car.

I had records from the accident that my aunt was involved in. These records contained the color of the car that hit my aunts car.

Add to the fact that M. Pelychty cried whiplash, and ran to the hospital after the 'accident' (that never even happened) - the judge saw though it.

She is another fine example of why we pay high insurance prices. If I had it to do over again, I would have sued her for filing false charges.

Sooner or later, she will jerk around the wrong person, and they will plant her into the ground. Rochester has the highest crime rate per capita in the U.S., and her time will come.

I feel your pain. Your tragic accident over a year ago must have been a huge ordeal for you. Thank the lord you were alright. I had a similar experience to yours.

Are the victims (pregnant woman and her daughter) alright? I am sure you were very concerned for their safety. It must have been very scary to hit a vehicle carrying a pregnant woman and child two times. So were the charged dropped by the DA? How did you win the case?

I know how you feel and understand the pain that you went through. There are three women in Houston who are HUGE FRAUDS who did a similar thing to me. The bizarre thing about these people is that they lie so well, that they convince the authorities to persue the innocent. There are so many of these liars out there who need to be put in the slammer. I am praying every day that I will get a telephone call with info. to help me go after these scum buckets. Again, good job!!

I thank you so much for responding. I spent a whole summer fighting this drama queen in court. I went 'Boston Legal' on her, and that smug D.A. - and tossed egg in their faces with all of the proof I had that she tried to set me up. The Judge was impressed, as were some of the people waiting to have their turn in that court room.

Please tell the world your story, as far as how you know where I am coming from. You have left me wanting to hear your tale. The fact that I never even touched her SUV, and she ran right down to the hospital to cry whiplash, and a possible miscarriage from an accident that never happened had me wishing I was a woman, so that I could knock her teeth out.

Women like this are common in Rochester, NY. It is the gold digging closet l*****n capitol of the free world. They are all out for a fat check, and a free ride.

Sorry this had to happen to you albeit last year when it happened. I know quite well what you speak of. The little girl in the passenger seat is 10, soon to be 11 years old. It's so nice to know she's riding around with no seat belts... unbelievable!

The best advice to give in regards to dealing with her is to completely avoid her. She will one day get hers as she rots away in her self rightiousness, pettyness, pompous, fake tanned, s****.> Good work on the insurance thing you did too. I applaud you.

Do you honestly believe that these are statements that a rational thinking man should say in a situation like this? This is a classic case of road rage (or in this case - parking lot rage). By his behavior, the OP escalated an already bad situation and took the low road instead of handeling it like an adult.

I certainly agree that the driver of the other car was an idiot and a danger to everyone on the road. If she lied to the police and the insurance company, she should be in jail. It certainly does not excuse the behavior of the OP.

I stand by my statement... NEITHER of these two should be on the road.

Not only that, the woman lied about having insurance, being injured, and possibly being knocked up!

People don't just go into court and win a case like that. There had to be enough proof that he was innocent for charges of that nature to be dropped. I happen to be a paralegal, unlike the two of you.

It's obvious that he was a victim of a set up. I'm glad the he fought the charges and won. It's people like Michelle Pelychaty that drive the cost of insurance up.

First of all, the speed limits posted in a privately owned parking lot are not enforcable by the police. Second, cars backing out of a parking space have to yield to traffic moving in the lot. Third, you are an idiot with a temper. I hope I don't have to deal with someone like you in a parking lot, grocery line, traffic, or anywhere else!

You should have just sat in your car until she decided to leave, or pick up your cell phone and call the cops.
