Do yourself a favor and AVOID this so called loan officer at at cost, or it will cost you!!! Michelle is a very good manipulative liar, she lies, sneaks in extra "BS" charges and cant get a loan done in time. She lied to us, cost us thousands of dollars extra and we almost lost buying our home. We went to another lender that was competent and honest that closed our deal and saved us money with lower fees and a better rate. She "claims" shes a Sr Loan officer (bullshit title) anyone with this title of Sr loan officers just wants to make themselves feel important. This woman is dumber than a box of rocks, but seems to think shes intelligent. Many of the questions we asked she couldn't provide a logical explanation for. As a woman myself, shes an embarrassment to all professional women. She could also work on her hygeine (breath could kill a bull) I have waited to make this report because this happened last year and we didn't want any kind of retaliation from her. I'm sure she's screwed over many more people since screwing us.

This is false and believe I know who this is. About a month ago I tried to sign my fiancé up for insurance with Kaiser. I ran a google search and picked one that said it was Kaiser. The site had all the Kaiser logos, but when I put all my information in, it only gave me options for every other insurance company. I started getting a million calls from all over. When I didn’t answer, this particular insurance agent started texting me. I told him they were false advertising and stop contacting me. He kept on and on and told me as a mortgage broker we are the worst of the worst and on and on. I told him to stop harassing me and that I was going to report him. He got angry and I finally told him that I was going to report him. Then he had the nerve to call and leave another message on my phone. I have a printout of the text conversation as well as all the calls I received.
I would like them to produce proof of this occurrence that he/she is claiming and his/her name. Compliance requirements require us to retain all information on every client. If we ever quoted him anything, it would be in our system and can be pulled to show as proof. We do not have the ability to delete an application. We have two fees: Underwriting and processing. We get paid through a contract from our company and not by the borrower. Please disregard the immaturity of this and you are welcome to call the Victorville branch manager who can verify or confirm whether or not we ever attempted to do a loan with this person.
I do my job with the utmost integrity and my company is one of the best in the business. We're also part of the Homes For Heroes program which gives back to the community with realtor rebates on purchases and lender credits for closing costs on both purchases and refinances. We also have the STAR program which gives back additional lender credits for teachers, firefighters, and police officers.
In addition, we have a "Keys on Time" program which guarantees that a purchase loan will close in under 21 days or we pay the borrower back for the processing fees.
Please, please, please check the facts and ask the questions. We are an awesome company!
