Like so many others, I too am a victim of the Michelle Valdez/Google Pro SCAM. Those of us that have been ripped off, all have the same story, with the same scenario, so I won't repeat it. We all the while we did, with the best of intentions, because we need money and have faith in people in general. Unfortunately, we were preyed upon by unscrupulous individuals who only want to steal from us. We aren't stupid, we are just trusting, and unfortunately misplaced that trust. Which brings us to what can you do about it?

Don't just sit back and feel sorry for yourself, and do absolutely nothing about it. First of all, putting the complaint with the United States Postal Service, or mail fraud, as they use the mail for propagating their scam. Put in a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. You should also contact your state Attorney Generals Office, and putting in a complaint for consumer fraud with them. Lastly, call one of your local television stations and see if they will do a story on this problem. Be sure to write letters to this company first, so that you have at least put them on notice that you are unhappy with their Fraudulent Business Practices.

It is my personal opinion, that Google.com, is tied to this business, since they are using the Google name which had to have been authorized by Google itself. If Google did not authorize this, they should have been in the lead to have stopped this practice right from the beginning and I don't believe they did anything to stop it.

No, you probably will not get a refund on your money, which will get the satisfaction of having tried to do something. You can also contact a lawyer, if you think this will help, although I don't have much faith in lawyers.
