Michelle's Construction & Paving Michelle Marie Jubic, Scammed me out of $3000.00 Troy, New York

Visiting friend and approached by Steve Borawski to give estimate to seal coat driveway, I said I did not live here, how much do you charge and he said 30 cent a square ft, I said can  go to my house & give me estimate.  He call me up an hour later and said drive is done can you come home & pay me. (never told him to do, just wanted estimate).  Went home he said you owe me $3000.00 and I want cash so I do not have to pay taxes.  Said he would come back in 3 days and finish fill all the cracks.  Never came back. Got 2 estimates from other paving companies and both were no more than $600.00.  I keep calling him to get money ($2000.00) back and he says he will bring it to me and never does.  This company is a scam DO NOT USE!
