I particually find your comments hillarious, yup u did inform us however, you lied and emailed us an said reports would b avail fri, an cks wpuld be mailed, sat  the21 st they were never mailed, reports were never available, and still werent monday when your boss fired my husband forasking about his ck,  we were told again the ck was in the mail well, i read the contract, an so did my lawuer, and you are in breach of that, if fact the lawyer, found it to b a very easy win for us, so to all you property preservation contractors beware of working for this company, they will not pay as promised,but if you wrk in there office, there ck was only 1day late, ours was 2 wks late an still no check but u mailed it out , so deal with my lawuer now.owner of lnb..

If the folks at Lori and Bryan's property management inc had been listening when they were invited to work with Michigan Realty Solutions as a Vendor or had in fact read the contract that they signed it would be very clear that they were not going to be cheated out of any money owed them but in fact, were going to be paid once our client approved and paid for the work as per the terms in the agreement they signed.

As far as the remainder of the potentially slanderous allegations contained in this rant; Lori and Bryan were not lied to but actually told the truth  MRS was in fact subjected to an unanticipated, distruptive and time consuming audit. It was unfortunate that we had no choice but to complete an audit that ivolved reviewing and correcting nearly ten thousand transactions before we could continue with regular business.  I was one of the managers that worked all night more than one day to get through it.  Checks were sent, as fast as humanly possible afterr the audit was completed. 

For the record, Mr. Goscinski, the owner of MRS, may have been rude.  However, after numerous rude, threatening and accusitory calls made by the representative from Lori and Bryan's property Management to multiple people at MRS I think he may have been too nice.
