Michigan Realty Solutions is a joke. Ya sure when you sign on with them they make it seem like they are there to help you and see to it that you are able to keep performing work for them. They tell you it's a 30 day net until you see pay but that is far from the truth. What they don't tell you is that after that 30 days it can take an additional 30 days on top of that before you see pay and even then it won't be what's owed to you.

When you call questioning about the pay they tell you then that you don't get paid until the client pays them. The client being (Altisource). However my company as well as the others having issues with this company did not sign an agreement with Altisource, we signed an agreement with Michigan Realty Solutions. Therefore we should not have to wait for Altisource to pay them, as we do not work for Altisource, we work for Michigan Realty Solutions.

Then when it comes to the point that you are out of funds to continue working they kick you to the curb,   de-activating your PPW account that way now instead of you getting paid on the next ACTIVE pay run, they have an excuse to hold your payment even longer by saying you'll recieve it on the next de-active check run. That means atleast a month longer from the time they de-activate your account.

They nit pick you to death about work orders that you've already completed making you go back to the properties multiple times which makes it impossible to profit from the work being done. They see to it that you can't make money. Then they have a score card system that they don't tell you about when you sign on with them. When you sign on they tell you  a 30 day net then every 2 weeks from there on out. What they don't tell you is about the score card system meaning that out of all the work orders you complete a minimum of 85% must be on time. However they make it impossible to complete them on time. They give ridiculous due dates! They'll assign it to you today and expect them complete by tomorrow when you already have a huge list of jobs to complete. It's impossible due to the amount of jobs they give with such short time frames to do them in and the constant nit picking causing you to have to constantly run back to properties that have already been completed. Even when you do everything exactly how they specifically tell you to and turned in on time, they find a way to put it in follow up causing it to be late, yet again another way of screwing you.

On top of all that the properties are never close enough together so you can plan a day in one area completing jobs. I rarely got properties assigned to me that were closer than 3 hours one way from where I'm located. So that's 6 hours of driving everyday without doing any work orders. If you try to change it they say send an email stating the areas your willing to cover to shorten the drive time because they have to have it in writing but does that change anything, of course not!! Yet again another way to screw you over causing work orders to be late. Once you get behind they continue to assign even more work orders than they already were with ridiculous due dates making sure you get further and further behind.

This company is a complete and total joke. I will never recommend them to anybody. I would advise everybody to stop working for them and for those thinking about working for them not to. Without the contractors they are nothing. People like us make that company. The food on their tables is because of us not them. But our tables are empty because of them.
