I fouund this company on USHIP, they responded to offer, and I accepted, BAD, BAD mistake. My TV was picked up on 11 JAN 09 by Dennis Rice in Michigan, it was suppose to be delivered in Texas within a week. It took almost 1 month for me to find out that my TV was stolen from this company. I spoke with John, he was a driver for this company. After bugging him and leaving messages as to the wherabouts of my TV, he finally called me back to tell my what really happened. He told my tht Dennis knew tht my TV the other driver Brandon had stole my TV along with another person TV from Louisana as payment because Dennis owed him some money but since Dennis had neglected to pay him he stole 2 TV's one being mine.
I spoke with Dennis Rice, finally after calling and leaving a dozen of messages, his secretary Christy called him and told him to speak with me because I was very upset and wanted some ansers.

Dennis Rice lied to me repeatedly, telling me that my TV was enroute and that the Driver had a delay because of the weather, which was true, but my TV was already stolen and he had knowledge of it, but his exact words were" he did not what to say". He denied that his driver stole the TV, becasue he said that he didnt have anu proof. He neglected to file a police report for my TV. The only reason I knew that my TV was stolen is because John told me. So Dennis goes and turn have Johns' phone disconnected because he told me the truth. Dennis was amazed that I know, so, at this point he tells me the only thing he can do is file a insurance claim. OK, I filed a police report they said the only thing you can do it file the claim. I spoke with Dennis Rice and Christy about filling my claim afew days later. Dennis tells me that it will take up to 9 months to get my money back, but he will try to get it me in 30 days but if not he would pay me out of is pockets; another "LIE". So, I go ahead and file the insurance claim on 27 MAR 09.

To this day 29 MAR 09, I have have not recieved my money nor a phone call. I have called and left 4 meassages, still no return phone call. I called Christy and left a message for her today, no return phone call. We are in the process of suing him. This company needs to be dealt with and in Court. I'm not the only who is getting the run around and being lied to. See you in court and out of Business. Noone should have to go through what I went thorough.

They don't answer any of the numbers I have for them, ever. I've been waiting since November to recover my property. Now that I have Dennis' first and last name, Dennis Rice, I'll be serving him with papers. I'm just trying to decide in which court to bring the suit.

If I provide an email address, any chance you would share which numbers you are using to get through to them?
