Do not buy MICO Faucets.  The quality of the materials is substandard, and no matter how many times you contact MICO for parts or other information they do not respond.   The local plumbing supply house, where I originally purchased several thousand dollars worth of MICO faucets only four years ago, has stopped carrying the MICO line because they were unable to get support from MICO in resolving numerous customer complaints.

To repair two faulty shower valves, I ended up purchasing two new ones over the Internet and cannibalizing them for parts.  The cost for parts alone was ridiculous (over $200 to rebuild two valves; any other faucet would have cost less than $15 each), and the hassle was monumental.  The valves were less than four years old, but the interior parts looked like they were from a twenty-year old valve.  Very poor quality materials used by MICO to assemble these very expensive valves.

I will never buy MICO again.
