Microsoft Online Services & Verizon Ripoff double billed Redmond Washington

In the spring of 2004 I signed up for Verizon DSL. I also created an account with MSN. Just today I found out that my DSL service included MSN service! I have been paying $21.95 a month for the last 5 or 6 months, plus the $34.95/mo DSL connection with Verizon. The Verizon/MSN conversion department told me that the conversion never took place on my account. When I asked for a refund, they told my only the last charge to my account of $21.95 could be refunded. If they know that conversions have not taken place, I think they should be held responsible and reimburse me for all the monies I paid to Microsoft Online Services! I hope others will find this usefull and to get their accounts converged if needed.
