When i noticed that my debit card was low on funds, I looked it up and found that several purchases had been made all within a couple hours from each other to Microsoft.

After a couple months of investigating, I realized my exboyfriend's kid had an Xbox live. I went and retreived all information for Microsoft. It's been 5 months now of me calling them trying to get my money back.
