i placed an order with micro tech on the 3rd of December, then another order was placed the next day on the 4th of December by my girlfriend. the total of both orders was 30 bucks. shipping is usualy fast, with in 5 days. after 5 days i sent an Email asking whats going on. i got no response. so i waited another week and sent another, again no response. so i waited a couple days and sent another Email basicly begging them to respond to me. ive sent more Emails totaling 6 or 7 so far and, ive still got no response. i then called the number provided and left a detailed message asking them to please contact me- no response. our bank records show they withdrew the money from our bank account on the 6th of December so we know they took our money, they have been paid in full.
now im out 30 bucks and nothing was sent. they will not respond to Emails or phone calls, i even gave them my phone number and told them to call day or night. this is a low down dirty shame, this is an example of why people dont trust internet business`s, if they dont feel like sending you the product you paid for there is little to nothing you can do about it. ill never forget about this as long as i live and, every day im alive im going to get on a site like this and post what they did. thanks for stealing from me microspore tech!!

This company had a few minor problems with it's ordering system, they have communicated and fully refunded my money, one small incident should not ruin the whole reputation. They have the cheapest product on the market and great customer service.
