In March 2013 I was contacted by a company called Tech Fix Now. I paid 249.00 dollars to have my computer rid of malware. Then, in November 2013 I was contacted by a company called Microtec Support who contacted me .  They told me that my computer was running very slow and had problems.

I forgot about Tech Fix Now, so I had them repair my computer. It cost me $215.00. Shortly afterwards I was having troubles again. Windows kept coming on, which said " internet explorer" stopped working. I contacted Microtec to fix the problem, and they told me that I could have lifetime warranty for $150.00 ( plus $13.05 tax ). I took the bait and bought the extended warranty. I used a credit card and gave the number over the phone.

The address and phone number for the company :  10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #14103 , Houston,Tx. 77043 : 1-239-247-5522

The person who worked on my computer was John Smith. After he finished, I started getting the "Internet Explorer Has Stopped Working" again.

About 6 weeks later I got a call from who I thought was Windows. The caller told me that he was calling because of my windows reports. I told him that I already had Microtec, but he went to the Google site which showed the complaints that Microtec was receiving. So I paid this other company - I think it was Global (something ) and that they are in Georgia ( their area code is 256, which is in Georgia.

This morning ( April 29, 2014 ) I was using my computer. I decided to cover up my webcam lens. All of a sudden my mouse went hayware. To prove it was no fluke all my tabs were clicked on. Every time I moved the mouse in a safe place it would go back to where I had retreived it. I do not think that this was a coincidence. When I removed the cover from my webcam, the mouse behaved OK.

In addition my speakers made strange noises as though someone was adjusting sound volumn. I have alerted all authorities so they will be on the lookout for anyone who tries to pass themselves off as me. Be careful about having your computer checked by those pop up ads or anything but the real company that says you should UPGRADE , etc. I believe that I am being watched. I might be a bit paranoid, but better to be careful than not.
