Mid-Atlantic Finance Company Illegal business Practices, with hidden late fees not being explained honestly. Houston Texas

Mid-Atlantic Finance took over my loan from JMW Dealership. Mid-Atlantic sent out payment book. Note due on the 12th of each month. Late fees do not occur unless payment is received after the 26th. I have one payment left according to the payment book from Mid-Atlantic. When I questioned balance from Mid Atlantic I couldn't believe what was said. It appears that JMW held one payment from Mid Atlantic. Payment in question I produce the receipt from JMW and gave a copy to Mid Atlantic. Mid atlantic has yet to credit my account of $448.00 dollars. Then the next fiasco is Mid Atlantic is trying to say because I didn't pay on the 12th but before the 26th I was considered late and they put interest fees which added up to $548.00. This is just down right stealing from hard working Americans. I see no other recourse but to hire an Attorney because after I make this last payment in Feb. of 2009. I want my title to this truck. I will never never never never ever do any business with this Rip Off company or its affiliates. Beware to all do not spend your hard earn money with this fraudualent company and its hidden fees .
