Mid Atlantic Water the worst service and experience possible Manchester, MD

I bought the 2.5 cubic foot tank directly from the Mid Atlantic website rather than through Amazon as this offered additional small discount. In hindsight, I would eagerly purchase from their competitor at a slightly higher price. The only difference between this company and being scammed is that the tank eventually arrived… two months later (despite assurances of expedited shipping within 2 weeks) and after multiple emails and phone calls.

When it arrived, the tank was missing parts – surprise!- which the company subsequently delivered to the wrong address – and only, again, after multiple emails and calls. Further, my inquiries were greeted with rude, one-word answers with no explanation provided for the company’s errors…simply "thank you for your business”. The service and experience was unbelievably deplorable - if I hadn’t experienced it myself, I wouldn’t believe it.
