Mid-City Management Incorporated Eric Schulman, dba w/Compass Management Group Mid-City Management & Compass Management Group (broker) rented us a faulty home that caused over $6000 in damages to property. Decatur Georgia

In October 2014 we saw a house that we thought was managed by Compass Management Group. We applied and left deposit with them. When lease was signed instead it was Mid-City Management Group, Eric Schulman that is actually the manager of the property. We were not given an inspection report of the house and when we moved in all of the lights were out so we did not notice the holes in the walls by the electrical panel. We reported it immediately because the heat/air and lights were not working. Contractors were sent 5 times but did not repair the issue. In November we had 2 powerful surges that destroyed our property, ie computers, television, etc. Instead of Mid-City Management offering to repair they attempted to evict us, using another fictional company name to try to avoid our counterclaim. I recommend that no one uses Compass Management Group, Mid-City Management, or any of the other 7+ entities that Eric J. Schulman has registered with the secretary of state.
