Jim Crafton owns this factory reject business. He advertises that his appliances are new, but, they are all mis represented. They average over 5 years old and all are units that have been thrown out by the manufacturer as scrap metal. The manufacturer removes the factory stickers and sells as scrap only. This business then buys them for an average of $50 each. They then put fake stickers on them and falsely advertise them as new scratch & dent. If they were authorized factory scratch & dent, the factory would not remove the stickers. FYI - I learned all of this after my scratch & dent refrigerator died that I bought there within weeks of purchase. The warranty they brag about was bogus. The guy who does it will simply refund you about 30 bucks he was paid to carry the warranty. Then, your stuck with a dead fridge and 3 years of rediculous interest and payments. This happens daily . I spoke with a real manufacturers technician & was laughed at for buying from them. This place is nothing more than a common ponzi scam.

This is a wish for this to go away. Unfortunately, this site does not remove anything. No matter what was said, Jim Crafton was a good man and will be missed. I feel horrible to have wrote anything against him. I just saw his picture, his obituary, and just now hearing what happened. PLEASE remove any negative comments made by myself. Jim was a good man, father & husband. No amount of money is worth his peace. Business dealings come and go. As a person, he had the highest integrity, we all wish his family, which he worked so hard to provide for, nothing but the best. Please remove anything negative from myself. I am trying every way I can, to remove this. I am terribly sorry I let business dealings get between us. I am very sorry, I miss Jim too.

This Consumer has never purchased anything from Midstate appliance and furniture. There is No one even with the name of Harold in the customer log. He is a disgruntled competitor who owns a business in the similar industry that decided to leave hateful spiteful comments to mislead consumers using a false identity!
The company Midstate appliance was dissolved. The owner of the bussiness James Crafton is now Deceased.He passed away last year in Semptermber. Please remove these slanderous comments about a man who ran a respectable business. Please let him Rest In Peace.
We have tried emailing Rip Off report with the same concerns and nothing has been done about it. Please remove this hateful report. As a concerned friend of the now widow of James Crafton, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
