If you have received anything with this kind of content then it is a scam. If you won money you don't have to pay to receive it. I received this letter and check for the amount of 3100.47 to cover costs of my "winnings" well once you send money they will keep asking for more.
I also tried contacting Jason Armstrong at 1 514 581 7226 and of coarse it is not a valid number. I just want to warn people that another scam is going on with letters stating " All participants were selected through a computerized ballot system drawn from Readers Digest, Publishers clearing house, online Sweepstakes and Internet Games etc..." is nothing but a scam. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
Also on the check was from Ameren UE which i found out with some research was a power company not even located in the same state.
