We had our car in for a routine oil change before a road trip. Midas forgot to put our oil cap back on. We didn't realize this until we where 4 hrs into our trip. At that time our car was cover with oil both under the hood and the sides of the car. Midas did offer to pay to have this cleaned up and the cap replaced.
However since then we have had problems with our engine miss-firing as a result of their engine shampooing. This they will not admitt to or are willing to correct. As well this store owned by Rick. has a habit of talking down to women. My wife inparticular, was argued with to no end about this problem until I walked into the store then rick's attitude changed!
Watch out for problems following a trip to midas muffler - south Albert St. Regina, SK.
