Middleton Meyers, Ian Ferguson Bookkeeper Charlotte North Carolina

Ian Meyers, of Middleton Meyers is where I went to work in July as a Bookkeeper to get his books in balance for his accountant. He would stall me on the days I was to be paid til the next week. He did this for 3 paychecks consisitantly. I finished his books a month early.

On September 7 he told me he would pay me next week. On 9/12 he said his flight was canceled and he would text me when he landed. Im thinking he is still circling the states.

He has promised to pay in several emails with several stalls and no actual payment.  

I have contacted the attorney general's office and they are very sorry but they can't help me. 

I am filing in small claims court for final payment, along with court costs and days lost wages. 

Beware of Ian Ferguson, a charmer, nice guy and all around boy next door. His word means nothing. 

I have all the emails to prove what I have just said.
