I went to this dealership because they told me that they stated that have multiple versions of the vehicle on the lot. They quoted me a price I could not refuse so dorve over there.
Once I got there, they told me that the car I wanted was sold and that they would not honor the price I was given if I wanted to order one. They kept trying to force me into a car that I did not want at a price that was insane.
I asked them about the commericals that they constantly play saying that customer cannot get a lower price anywhere else because they get the best factory direct pricing in the state (liars).
They said well the ad worked because. They thought it was very funny and started laughing. Whats scum bags making me waste my time to go to there place for nothing. I would not send my enemy there for a car...(well maybe I would especially if there service is as bad as there sales)
BTW I never got a call back from the manager either.
At lease I got the car I wanted from another Nissan Dealer in the area. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Wow, it is so easy to call a dealer a "Scum bag" a "Liar" and "Con Artist" online with out any thought. Middletown Nissan does not sell cars the way that Adam from Greenwich states that we do. I am sure there is much more to this story as we have no Adam from Greenwich in our customer Data base. And if in fact the story has any truth, I am sure if Adam felt that way about the experience he would have contacted a manager and probably not waited for one to contact him. If Adam would like to contact me, I would love to here the WHOLE story. BTW... Greenwich is an hour away from Middletown, so could he have the wrong dealer?
