MIDLAND COMMUNICATIONS DISTRIBUTION LIMITED 

Stay clear from them. They are not worth it!. Firstly before you consider entering into dealings with this company read below. Midland Communications Distribution Ltd based in Nottingham is by far one of the smallest Orange mobile phone distributors in the UK. And yesOrange do happen to a have small share holding in the business which they bought back in the 90's. When mobile networks actually needed resellers. Thats why they have a very small share in them. 

We decided last year to become an active reseller of mobile phone agreements to companies. We are a long and established firm specialising in office stationary. So we thought by offering this additional service to our customers would be a good thing. 

However we had no idea what to expect. We contacted Orange to find out how we went about selling mobile phones. And we were given a number of different companies you can use. We decided to spend nearly a month opening an account with them. We were promised that they would send the phones out to are customers, pay us weekly, etc, etc etc, and that they were an excellent choice to use. 

This is what we got. When we put orders through, that's after the weeks it took them to open an account. We spoke to the department MCD Connect to ask them why no orders had been sent out. The rude girl called told me that they did small orders last. And because we just opened an account with them. We might be a risk to them. And that it generally can take up to a week to do a connection?. We then spoke to there accounts department, yet again they had the personality of a Dustbin!, to be told they are not paying us , because they did not have any connections on the system etc. Yet again all very rude people. This company is a total joke!. I can not understand why any company would want to deal with these people. They tell lie after lie. Also why would Orange want anything to do with them?. 

We told them that we no longer wanted to deal with them. As they have let us down so many times. They then told us that they would not pay are ongoing revenue payments that they said they would pay. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.


Since we finished trading with this unbelievable company which Orange seem to proud of part owning. We have spoken to three separate businesswhich have had dealings with them all stating the same as us!. 

Ask yourself why the other distributors have about 350+ more customers than Midland. No one wants to deal with these idiots anymore! The word is out. The company would never win a decent account! The only companies with any substance that deal with this set of idiot's are companies that cant or wont deal with the other Orange distributor for one reason or another, simple!. The customer testimonials are interesting to!  There is about two companies left trading out of five good reviews for them on the mcdlimited website. That says it all. 

Also they wont tell you about Mr Cottingham and Mr Lily who run the connections process. These two have to be the most backwards thick idiots, that need to do some market research. Mr Cottingham thinks he is a qualified solicitor / accountant / risk / process / legal expert,. In reality he is a thick waster individually like 90% of the staff who work at Midland that will find it hard to get other employment when the business shuts down. 
All they do is feed off old bases from other companies that they have riped off, or gone out of business. 

And maybe if they start to look at there own company instead other peoples all day, They might realise that they are part owned by a dissolved /liquidated company. Orange Ltd was put into liquidation and dissolved nearly a year ago!?? So are they part owned by Orange? Who knows and more to the point who actually cares. Looks like there need to sort that out. this just show what type of people they are.
