I received a letter from Javitch in July saying they now owned an old capital one credit card account. I tried to work out a payment plan through a debt management program. They returned all three attempted payments. Then I received a letter from another company saying they owned the capital one account. I made 10 inquiries to Javitch asking if they still owned this account and wanted to set up a payment plan. They ignored me and never responded. Now they have filed to garnish my wages. I am meeting with an attorney next week to file bankruptcy. If Javitch buys one of your debts, file bankruptcy ASAP, they will not work with you under any circumstances and will return any partial payment.

i am the true certified owner of Midland Funding llc filed propperly for the state of Ohio and i am quite sure that i have never met you let alone loaned you money and or credit , that company is boardering on the act of rico.
did you send to them a certified letter to validate this alledged debt ?? thats the first thing you do you have about 35/38 questions that by law they have to answer before thsy can proceed but it sounds like they got some crooked judge to ok it with due process of law,what county are you in ?? if you have an attorney tell him to draw up a affidavit of truth letter that i
