I had a Credit One Bank card. It had a $300 credit limit. I had paid this card for months with no problem. Then one day I paid the card online in time and they said it was late and charged $35 and an additional $35 for overlimit. This happened 2 months in a row and even though I tried to get it cleared up they refused to help. That ended my business with this company and they turned it over to a rip off artist. Midland Funding LLC. These fools report it to the credit bureau every month with a new account number in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and they have several complaints and are supposed to do some follow up on their fraud.
