i have been with midland mortgage for a while. i am very dissatified with them. when i was going to refinace at an early stage a midfirst company represenative called me to ask if i wanted to refince thru the, i didnot return the call. When i spoke to Mr Rodrigue in upper management i mention i had a company that would refinance me. when he heard of this he hurriedly tried to reposse my house and try to take my house. the company that will refinace for me has sent the payoff which was sent to them but they refused payment. also on the payoff their is no foreclosure listed on my credit report they tried to smear me. If a compay is willing to payoff the mortgage why is midland being so difficult ot take or add payment to let me lose my house.

i dont understand what company adds more to the payoff then state will not accept payoff . this is in revenge for refinancing . they have to see me sink before they accet payment. they are a horrible company to deal with. in the future i hope they don't ever buy any of my mortgage because i will refinace. they reneg on their promise.
