Midway Services Utilities Inc. DIRTY WATER/ NO WATER/ WAS MAILED 6 BILLS IN 1 ALL DUE ON SAME DAY. Clearwater, Fl.. FL

In the month of November, I had dirty water for a week coming out of my faucets. It cleared up for a week, then it came back again for a day. Now I have no water and have not had any water since yesterday. [ 12/10/14- 12/11/14]. To top it all off, I received 6 bills mailed to me in one envelope all dated to be paid by 12/23/14. The bills do not make any sense, but they rate: $236.67, $222.57,$211.27,$194.39,$181.00,$166.74. I had gotten behind on all my bills, I am on a fixed income. But this makes no sense that they would send 6 bills to me at once. And all due on the same date. The property where the water system filters the water is contaminated. There are automobiles parked on it, there is oil drums of used oil on the side lines in the trees beside the feild. The last time I sent my bill in [ as much as I could]. I told them they needed to fix the problem with the dirty water, or I would have to report them to E.P.A.  So in return they sent me 6 bills. I have not as yet reported them to E.P.A.
