 Yes Jinggy I have proof. Yes Jinggy I have a police report from the Cedar Rapids PD and the county sheriff who did in fact contact you face to face. Your caught, your busted, you need to go to jail for taking money, lying and never getting a loan that you promised. Going to a bank a making a deposit, taking a picture of the deposit slip and sending it to me to "verify” funds, only to find out even that was fake. The bank manager themselves called me and then called the PD and filed reports. Your a thief, cheat, and a liar who will face to face the truth someday. Or you’ll just burn in hell for eternity.

You are some kind of loser, who because of your bad credit and late mortgage payments you couldn't obtain a new real estate loan application that you victimized me instead due to your frustrations.  Do you have proof that I scammed someone of this $75,000 and the $10,000 you claimed I scammed you?  Do you have proof of the police investigation of such accusations as they never contacted me or bothered me so you are the big liar and slanderer.  You beggar get a life or I could sue you for slandering my business reputation in my community, where I am the holistic organizer of local holistic events here for the past two years.  Leave this parishioner of St. Patrick's Cattholic Church alone or you will get bad karma from your wrong deeds against me.

 Jinggy cigrand is an about liar. I now have proof that she has taken over $75,000 from clients how need a loan. Myself included. This isn’t slander it is the truth. Even the Cedar Rapids police department has conducted an investigation that states she has been identified as a person of interest in fraudulent practices. Beware! If need of a loan, do not contact her!

 3 False Accusations: 1. He claimed loss of income of $10,000 when I was the one who incurred loss of business income of $5,400 that we mutually signed a non circumvention non disclosure fee agreement that as the Engineering Consultant, that's how much he was supposed to pay me for the service but he didn't pay me anything.

2. He contacted my lender directly that violated the non circumvention non disclosure fee agreement that we signed that he's not supposed to contact him directly. That contributed to our loss of trust on each other, loss of trust of the lender on us and led to delays and complications in closing this deal.

3. He said that I didn't close the loan for his refinancing but we were just in the processing aspect when he admitted to me that on Dec. 15 his current mortgage loan was expiring. Yet he only contacted me first week of Decsember and should I have iknown that his loan is expiring that soon, I would have rejected his loan application. He explained later that the secretary of the mortgage firm he originally contacted two months before his loan expired in Dec. 15 got fired so left his deal unclosed. So he turned around on me after just two weeks before Dec. 15 his loan expired and accused me of not closing in timely manner. Some deals take months to close as this is international loan but really, if he was honest to me that in two weeks his loan expires, I would have rejected his loan application.

4. He claimed I disappeared and thought I neglected his loan application. Wrongl I was on a religious retreat with the Archdiocse of Dubuque, Iowa the week of Feb. 4 and didn't make myself available to answer business calls and emails. But during such time that was when he circumvented me and called my lender directly who in turn charged him total $2500 that he paid directly on his own volition without regard to our non circumvention non disclosure fee agreement. So that he got himself in that tight situation, that's his own doing. He hired me to do all the legwork as thats how I could justify being paid my Engineering Consultant's fee to process his loan application. Then frustrated thinking he could close this deal on his own bypassing my authority that's when he got more upset and started instead complaining me to this online site. You can contact the Archdioces of Dubuque at www.ArchWomensConference.org and they will tell you that I was one of their attendants for this religious retreat when he accused me of disappearing then circumvented me.

Please remove this fall report from your site as its false report, its slander to my business that I'm trying to create a good reputation in this community and elsewhere.
