LETTER I WROTE TO OWNER:

Date: Nov. 2nd, 2006

To: CEO- Anthony Motor or Rhonda/Midwest Readers Services

I am very upset at you Co. I'm writing to give you a chance, to refund my money for a subscription to magazines, as part of a contest that, I have changed my mind about, I was told, I had 30 days to cancel my request and contacted your company, to do so, 2 weeks prior to this letter and was still billed on my card on the 20th of October, I want a full refund and order cancelled immediately, or I will have to seek another avenue to get my money back, I assure you, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, about how you cheat people, out of there money and don't refund them when you try to cancel, within the policy that your company, so readily tried to make me aware of, after the fact that you practically stole my money and I want it back, I have not received any magazines and don't want any, I spoke to someone named Brad/Quality Control Mngr. , who said that a refund is not an option. I asked him, who was the owner and to let me speak to him, he refused and said that he doesn't take calls, he said, Mr. Viking and gave a P.O Box in MN. and refused to give me his last name and also would not completely identify himself. I have a right to my $59.80 refund and I want it back, A.S.A.P, this is not the last you will hear from me. Not a threat, a promise. I just don't like being told, I don't have a choice about my hard earned money, I will be looking forward to hearing from you real soon..Thank you.
