Midwest Steak Company Anthony was our salesperson SCAMMERS!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Cleveland, Ohio

We bought steaks on March 28, 2011 for 180 dollars. A couple days later we thawed out some steaks and after they thawed, they were brown. Like mud Brown. We were a little nervous eating them. We cooked them and took a bite of one steak, and they were nasty. They sold us Bad meat. The next day we had called Anthony our salesperson (216-645-4738) and we told him the meat we just bought a few days ago tasted freezer burnt and were brown when thawed.

He said that he had to go back to the office to fill out a customer service slip to have someone come back out and exchange the meat. We would of rather had our money back, but thought we would give it a try. So he said he would call us later or tomorrow morning to let us know when someone will be coming out to do the exchange. Well needless to say we never heard from them, and still havent. We called Anthony from diffrent cell phone numbers and he answers and we kept asking him when he was coming out, he keeps giving us excuses.

My husband and I thought about filing a small claim on them in court, and we are in the middle of talking to an attorney to find out if we can do this.
