 Midwest title Loans Kansas City I have a 1996 Mystic Cobra and my husband thought he was helping buy doing a title loan we need 150.00. Well he missed a pmt or two I don’t know but they came in the middle of the night and took my Cobra. From that point on we try to contact the office to get a straight answer on what they wanted to get our car back. We got the run around for week on just a total needed. There was never anyone in the office that could give us that answer. I could not believe the rudeness that the employees there show their customer base. One wheel on my car was worth more than a 150.00 I was sick. After several weeks of worrying and calling and showing up we were able to get the total amount. Here is the part I cannot get over or even begin to fathom. They were more than happy to take our money and our car but we were on our own to get it back. You see the girl in the office had no clue where it was at. Here this sheet of paper with a phone number call them to get your car. Are you kidding me? This sheet of paper and the number we had to call did not answer we called on the hour every hour for days. FOUR DAYS with nothing out money and NO CAR. So I called asked for the owners of course I was not giving that information I was told NO she would try the number. She called back said they won’t answer just show up out there I think this is the address. My husband went there and has spent a total of hours trying to get them to let him in and give us our car. Here is the paper work. They say it has to come for the loan company even thou he is standing there without title. And because we didn’t have appointment he would need to come back after he called and made an appointment to get the car. Are you kidding me what kind of company is this that has no control over where they stash a rare Mustang cobra that the customer waits nearly days to get their care back? I would never suggest thinking about using this company for a loan if you care what so ever ab out your property. On top the fact it took us hundreds of dollars our Mystic Cobra that has extremely rare pain on it is now scratched up Kansas City, MO 64134 Missouri
