Mieneke Switching new parts for used parts. ripoff Fairfield California

I purchased brand new front shoch absorbing struts for my car. This struts were high performance KYB G-32 struts and they were WHITE in color. I also purchased new coil springs the were green in color for the front of my car.

I took these new parts down to Mieneke to have them installed. When I pick up the car that evening. I paid my bill and went home. The next day I went to my car to inspect the work. I found the green springs were around black struts.

They should have been white. I took the car back to Mieneke and was told that those black struts were the the ones that came in the boxes I gave them. And denied swiching them. I know for a fact that the struts I gave them were WHITE not black as they said.

When we checked the part number on the strut installed. They matched the box label of which they came. Except for the fact that the number on the struts did not have the initials KYB in front of the number as it is on the box. Basiclly they call me a liar when I said the struts I gave them were white.

Also, what ever was install in my car does not fit correctly and my car cracks and creeks going up and down drive ways. I suspect they forgot to put the isolators on the bottom of the springs. I don't know. Very confuseing.

Then they started telling me that it was unusual for them to do that type of install. Were the customer provides their own parts. It was done as a favor to me. So I guess I should feel special creeking down the road.
