Hello Sir,
I order a creative speaker on 3rd of jully 2013 in www.kaunsa.com website mentioned delivery date on website is 18th of jully 2013 i didnt receive my product, i pay Rs.26425 on the same day(03/07/2013) , i called customer care (ph no 01204835000) after a long time they said OUT OF STOCK , So i request to refund my money after they didnt replay to my mail and customer care phone no is not working for a long time and i post my comments in their facebook link and google link then one person call me on 27/08/2013 (from this ph no 09310013597) and told me that your refund is under proses and you will get your money on your account within 4-5 day nu but still i didnt received my money now 05/09/2013 . There are so many customer loss their money in this website so plz take a step and plz arrange to get my money back plz.
