Around the time of July 17, 2016, I ordered a packaged deal from "MichaelKors-online-sale.com.  I'd received an e-mail/text message advertising MKs (purses and handbags) merchandise sale.  THe particular sale I got was 3 items for $89 dollars.  THe site looked legitimate to me, for I'd never bought MKs omn line before.  The next day at work, I tried to log onto the site to track my order: imagine mysurprise when I discovered there were 2 MK online sites.  Unfortunately, the MK site I used was the "knock-off" MK site because the real MK site had no record of my account information.  WHen the products arrived a few days later, I opened the bag and was extremely surprised; although I've never bought MK merchandise before, I could easily spot the substandard workmanship and quality. I showed it to my wife, and she just shook her head.  I showed them to my 17 year-old daughter, for whom they were graduation and birthday gifts, and she exclaimed: "What is this mess."

I immediately tried to contact the "vendor" to get information for a return and refund, also explaining my disappointment.  Her reply: "THank you for your order.  THe qualityis good, almost as the real; the profit is low, hope you can keep it. We will give you a 20% discount next time shopping with us."  I e-mailed this person three times, and the reply was always the same.  Additionally, she tried to use the excuse that because there will be no refund for shipping, and the amount of work, it will take about a month to complete the transaction.  I reminded her of what their website stated about returns, refunds and exchanges: 14 days from the date of receipt.  She continued to press me to keep the merchandise an dget a 20% discount on the next purchase.  Needless to say, since my last e-mail threatening legal action, I've had no reply from the company.  And now, I am doing everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

INcidentally, a friend of my daughter's told me about his cousin going through the same thing as me because she, like me, thought it was a legitimate MK site...and she lost $500.
