We operated a company assisting individuals and businesses tragically effected by the BP oil spill in valuating and filing their claims. We contracted Milem an (self proclaimed) expert in the matter. Milem supplied his work product, then was submitted to be underwritten by the claims administrator. The BP claims process leaves no room for interpretation, there are very clear and published underwriting guidelines. Not one of Milems valuations were anywhere close to the programs final valuation, leaving many claimants devastated by the professionals they trusted to help them in their time of need. Milem subsequently is however very good at filing law suits against his clients. Beware of this group!
