Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These people are selling washers and dryers on craiglist out of there garage, claiming they are appliance repair techs. They sell you the machine being all nice and friendly, then when you hand them the cash they say i will give you a 30 day warranty. Verbal warranty. Then when you get the machines home they don't work! so you call them and they say to produce some paperwork and we will fix it. They don't give any paperwork. They need to be stopped.

ALL warranties are given in writing with all purchases, unless otherwise stated. If no warranty is given a reciept will be. However warranties were not being given by our company until the begining of March and this dispute occured before we were officially open for buisness. Since we have been open for business we have had no issues with our customers and thier written warranties.
