I was about to purchase a car from this guy on his EBay auctions.  I checked the listing good the placed a low bid to secure the auction.  Then I emailed Michael Brooks about the car because I noticed some discrepancies in his description and the vehicle history report I pulled up.  The listing had the car as silver but the pictures showed a dark gray or blue color so I asked if the care had been repainted.  The report also had an accident listed so there is no way this question was out of line.  I had emailed three different times with different questions as is standard procedure on EBay and he kept giving incomplete and what I consider lazy replies.
He kept telling me to call him but and wouldnt take the time to answer my questions fully.  He kept wanting me
to call him, but I wanted a paper trail in case something went wrong with the transaction.  When youre spending
thousands of dollars I dont think this is unreasonable. I explained this to him.

When I asked about the paint his only reply was If you have any other questions call me.  Then I started to get suspicious due to the above and he didnt list the accident in the auction.  The dates and times he stated didnt match up
between his listing and the vehicle report.
Some other complaints online against him are under a different name.  He claims he worked for them a couple years ago, then he states in his EBay auctions hes been in business for himself for several years.

Beware.  You need to be very careful dealing with this guy.
In fact I would advise you move along to a sure deal you wont regret for years.  Several searches have
complaints about him charging people 30% restocking for returning defective RVs.  Some that broke down the same day they were purchased.  There is also a history of auction and salvage title sales.  The guys is a snake and rude.  You have been warned.

AUTHOR: Vacation to go rvs - (United States of America)

I did have listed a 2000 Jag XKR 80k miles on ebay.  This complaint is from an individual that did not  buy from me, or speak to me on the phone. I got an email with a very long list of detailed questions.  I invited him to come and look at the car and inspect it for himself or have a 3rd party inspector view the car. I also invited him to call me, or i could call him and address his questions. He refused to call me or provide his number to call me. I was informed he only would do business via email, which was a red flag for me. I in turn did not email him and answer the questions. The reason for this is I have come to learn that not all customers are good customers.  The auction finished out several days later. The buyer was from the North East.  Here is his feedback on the transaction "Thanks mike great car as discribed Tanks !!!!!!!!!!!" posted Sept Sep-08-11 12:08. The feedback was left after the buyer got the car home.  Please call if you have questions Michael
